Advance payment or a copy of a TT ( Telex Transfer ) from a Bank is sufficient proof to lock in the existing rates. Once received you will not be liable for any price increase thereafter.

Parking Place: Each flat is allocated an indoor designated parking place, which is included in the apartment cost. The cost of an additional parking place if required is Dhs.30,000.00.

  • 10 % Down payment
  • 60 % in equal quarterly installments
  • 30 % on completion
Payment Plan Option Two - (6 Years) *
  • 10 % Down payment
  • 10 % before completion - (34 equal monthly installments)
  • 10 % on completion
  • 70 % after completion - (36 equal monthly installments)

* Please Note - With the Six Year Payment Plan the Total Apartment Price is approximately 11 % higher than the 3 Year Payment Plan Option.
